By submitting an order request, you agree that all custom engraved items are made to order and are considered final sale once proofs are approved and production begins. Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, reviewing and approving proofs, and ensuring they have permission to use any submitted artwork or logos.

If products are purchased through third-party retailers (including Amazon), customers are responsible for product costs, inbound shipping to The Douglasville Engraving Company, and outbound shipping to the final destination. Tracking information and order numbers may be required.

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary. The Douglasville Engraving Company reserves the right to decline orders involving unauthorized, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
